On August 23, 2025, my Sam’s Club membership was canceled. At that time, I was told that a refund of $110.00 would be issued. But, I didn't received.
Since then, I have made multiple follow-ups with Sam’s Club representatives, including advocates and resolution specialists. Each time, I have been told that the refund “was processed” and that I should contact my bank. I did contact my bank, but they confirmed that no refund has posted to my account.
Despite my repeated requests, Sam’s Club has not provided a transaction reference number, proof of payment, or an alternative resolution (such as reissuing the refund to my current card or mailing a check).
Sam’s Club advertises a 100% Membership Satisfaction Guarantee, but in my case the refund has not been properly completed. I am seeking a prompt and verifiable resolution.
