My 95 1/2 year old sister was sold a set of the subhect heating aid by the Houms.LA store on April 17, 2023, evn though an audiologist confirmed she had an uncorrectable hearing issue in her left ear - reading 36..

She has contacted the stote on several ocassions and they readjusted the set to no avail. Since the 90 day window had expired, they would not take any action even though she has a 3 year extended warranty.

Last year in Aoril, we contacted the main Sam's Club office and they said they would contact the store in Houma. We have not heard anything from the store.

Desired outcome: We would like a 100% refund of the $3,480.45 she paid for something that doesnot work.
