Sam's Club review: Customer pick up very slow service

I waited 45 minutes for my customer order to be delivered to my car. The lady picked up the cart and saw 2 customers waiting in their cars, yet she went back shopping for more new orders, Not until I went into the club and asked her about it did she act on. No apologies provided at delivery. This can't continue.
