Jan. 13, 2024.. Prepared and paid for 4 attempts for an online delivery thru their app. Each time there was a charge then order cancelled. Called local store #6425. Spoke with Manager Bryan- couldn’t locate any of my orders on his system. System may have been hacked and customer accounts compromised. Gave me number to call 888-746-7726, spoke with “Lonely”-CSR and she stated that any charges would be credited back but did not comfirm that Sam’s clubs cards and website has been compromised yet orders keep getting cancelled if not delivered elsewhere. Would like the public to know their accounts have been compromised via sam’s club app. At the end of the call they now state it was a charge on a bottle of wine that kept cancelling order, so if this was the case they need to modify their advertising claim of alcohol delivery. They are contracting an outside delivery service and they do not know anything about this company and how much access they have to our bank accounts in use with Sam’s clubs cards .
