I have ordered a pair of shoes from Saks OFF 5th and just received my payment confirmation email! Shoes were ordered over a month ago and it seems like my order was not even shipped yet! I'm still waiting for my tracking number and some information regarding the status of my order! These people do not reply and never pick up the phone! This is the worst online shopping experience ever!

Order # [protected] has not been delivered. Tracking states that it is at US postal station in Mount Pleasant, MI even though the package started out as UPS item. Would like to know where the order is and when it is supposed to be delivered. Thank you’re

I missed a birthday gift due to being told “item would ship out shortly” by multiple chat “experts”. Item was never actually in stock.

Customer service doesn’t actually do anything. Everyone is outsourced and working from a script.

This is my first and last shopping experience with this company.

I am absolutely disgusted by the incredibly disgusting service I received at the Costa Mesa location. The store manager Lani Zimmerman is an absolute shame. She yells at customers as if they were children and yells at her employees. I've never seen someone treat others as bad as she does. Stay away from this store

I had the worst purchase experience with saks off fifth too. And what the customer service will do is just to apologize and then nothing.
