Safeway review: Poor medication quality- Complaint about costumer service

I purchased a bottle of Paroxetine 40 mg which has poor quality. I reached out to the pharmacist in Lake Havasu, AZ, but he did not pay any attention to my complaint. I called the Safeway customer service, she issued a ticket and mentioned that she will email it to me but she did not. I called again after 3 weeks, the phone disconnected from Safeway side with no recall despite the fact that they asked my phone number to call me back in case of disconnection. I called again and talked with a supervisor over there. She mentioned that she will f/u and send me a confirmation email right after my call. I have not received any email yet.
