Ryan Homes review: Amenities

We are very disappointed with the Ryan Homes Community we are currently living in Hope Pointe North Myrtle Beach. When we purchased our home this past fall and were told that the community amenities including the pool and boat lift- would be available. We are currently paying HOA dues for amenities that have not been provided. We, along with many of our neighbors, believe this is unfair. We respectfully request that Ryan Homes work with the HOA to provide appropriate compensation or a credit until the promised amenities are completed and available for residents.
