We had agreement to sell house as is I asked Wayne was inspection going to effect price He said no you are selling as is Well Joseph came and did walk through Well the next day Nick called me and said after walk through they were offering much LessI would have not been a problem if I was lied to by Wayne I am not a unreasonable person but I don't like being lied to I answered all questions about the house If they found something else I would have been ok with that I know it needs updating but once again they could have just said that the offer was contingent upon inspection and I would have totally been on board with it but that was not the case It is sad that in this day and age a persons word means nothing I am old school and that was the way it used to be Another buyer told me they would come back with a lower offer and he was right I told him no it was a done deal Boy was I wrong I was really hoping it was done Now I have to start process all over again Also they sent me a new agreement at reduced price like I was just to accept offer and sign it That was very insulting I sad and angry but I am not going to give them that much power over me It is what it is and it is a lesson learned and I am moving on Since this is the only house we have and is selling we won't have to go through this again Thank God for that I am going to sell this house within the next few week We have packed almost all the house thinking it was sold but either way we moving and at least we are packed So something good did come out of this whole process

We were selling our house "as-is" as it needed a good bit of work done to update it. We started off with a decent selling price and knowing what I know now was what should have been the as-is sell price, not what we were talked down too. As-is ti me is you buy it as is in any condition as stated. Walk away and the buyer takes care of the rest. Idk what I was thinking but let them talk me into lowering the price because it was outdated and said it would cost for cleanup and dumpster rentals. Needs cabinets new A/C unit. List kept going so did the price of the house we already agreed on. After finally selling for a way lower price and turning over a key a few weeks before even signing contract the day we closed had called to make sure I could get the rest of my personal belongings and everything I had packed ready to load on the trailer from out the house. They said it should be ok and he would call to make sure. He said he called back and no clue what he was going to say but i was there at 8Am getting what was left and went to sign papers at 12 noon and after coming back to pick up remainder of belongings pulled up to a dumpster out front slam full of the stuff that anybody would have seen would have known wasn't trash and was going to be picked up. 20 years of my wife's 4 daughters and myself's belongings were in a dumpster ruined . I had important paperwork, enough clothes for a children's home, furniture, you name it it was in there. I'm not even going to be able to claim anything through the homeowners insurance from them destroying everything I had intended to take. This was a horrible experience.

Joe was great! Communication was on point, and the process was easy from start to finish.

I was more than please with my experience selling my home to Largest Home Buyers..Let's start with working with Conner during the initial discussions. Found Conner to be very professional, easy to work with and was very responsive to all inquiries. Once and agreement was in place I was introduced to Nick who oversaw the process to completion. The high level of professionalism and responsiveness continued all the way through closing. The overall process went smoothly and quick. A+ service/experience.

Recently I decided to sell my home. With current market conditions I felt it was best to explore all selling options. Therefore I talked with multiple "we buy houses as is and for cash" companies. Wanted to share the very positive experience I had with Robert from Largest Home Buyers. Robert was EXTREMELY professional, respectful, accountable and helpful. His input added value and clarity to my options. A very, very competitive proposal was emailed within the promised amount of time. As my time to sell nears (waiting for new home's work to be completed) the only "we buy houses" company I will consider is Largest Homes Buyers.

I won't give this company even ONE Star! (I was FORCED to give them ONE STAR!) They supposedly “ bought" our home on August 1, 2022. They sent someone local TWICE, to inspect it during the first 2 wks. We had a closing date of Sept 17 — FIFTEEN DAYS AWAY from today! Had heard NOTHING from them since the 2nd week of Aug so I messaged both local and Fla office yesterday to ask how we go about the final paperwork. I got a call this morning from Fla, saying “there was a communication gap SOMEWHERE, but anyway, we have to pull our offer". I was LIVID! Of course we had counted on that money in FIFTEEN DAYS! ( Lesson learned! Don't work with ANYONE that isnt local) You see the name LARGEST HOMEBUYERS, DON'T CONTACT THEM unless you want a big headache like I have at the moment. THEY SUCK AT COMMUNICATING WITH YOU! THANKS FOR THE HEADACHE ! Betty R
