Royal Mail Group Delivery status

Hi! My name is Catalin Rusu, I`m from Romania, and I sold on ebay an item that has been sent to Karl Muir from Workington, UK, tracking number RN783072435RO. The problem is that he got the item on october the 4th, but the delivery status has not been updated, so I can`t access my funds on ebay until you update the status as delivered. Please, solve this issue! Thank you!

Royal Mail Group Leeds sorting office

This is the second item that has been held up/ lost at Leeds sorting office. No update or explanation. I buy vintage items and the items cannot be replaced. Often I find an item which I have been looking for a while so you can imagine the disappointment and annoyance is great. I buy a lot by post and have never had this problem with other couriers.

The original parcel from Currys was lost between Sheffield and Rotherham, I got in touch with Currys and they sent a replacement out (QD483848393) and I was in both times it was attempted delivery. I received an email (see below) from Royal Mail at 1.30pm 4th October 2025. (The small parcel - a 10ml tube - was posted by midday on Friday 3rd October.) I am at odds to understand how 48 hrs can take one from Friday to Thursday especially as it was received by Royal Mail as is evident by tracking on Saturday 4th I’m glad Royal Mail has ‘got it’ but I wish I had it within the time scale promised. Royal Mail Group Delivery

I have been at home all day and then get a notification that my delivery could not be delivered because whoever was delivering it was too lazy to get out of their van and no I don't want a re-delivery, or organise another delivery date. I need it today when you said it would get delivered. My front door goes onto the street so there was no way the delivery person could have missed me unless they didn't even try.

Royal Mail Group WP-[protected]

I have order some books from ilmbrust website a at December 16th and my post have been handed over to Royal Mail on 18th December. My postage reference number is WP-[protected]. I am not able to track my post or even received it yet. Its been one month pluse already. I need some immediate action to be taken. Royal Mail Group Delivery of mail and missing mail

I am very disappointed in Royal Mail and the service they provide. I have now had 3 cards not delivered and all 3 contained money. It is very upsetting for my Gran as she is 94 and has posted them in good faith. I am also getting very frustrated with my mail being delivered to a neighbours or further down the road and also receiving mail for other people that has been incorrectly posted through my door. I am not satisfied with this.

Royal Mail Group Dangerous driving

At 15.10 on 11/09/2023 I was with my 3-year-old son trying to cross the road (Ravenswood Drive) outside Shawlands Primary School in Glasgow to pick up my son from school. The road is always busy at that time with people parked on both sides. To cross, it’s often necessary to step between the parked cars and peep into the road. I was doing just this when a Royal Mail van (reg WM60 DSU) swept at speed into the place I was standing, passing inches from myself and my son. There is no way the driver wouldn’t have seen us standing there unless he wasn’t looking.

I spoke to the driver to point out that he’d almost struck us only to receive a stream of abuse and be told I shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

Royal Mail Group Postmen\ women never close gate

We have CCTV fitted in our home outside due to attempted breakin recently and have had CCTV installed for added security. Our front gate is always closed but we noticed how often the Royal Mail delivery staff open the gate but never shut it behind them. This may seem trivial but an open gate can encourage potential thieves on to the property. Can you ask your delivery staff to close gates. They are there for a reason.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate Royal Mail to train its staff to ensure gates are closed. Woodston Peterborough.

Royal Mail Group Letter delivery

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Royal Mail

The issue that I have experienced was: Hi was meant to get a very important letter it was sent tracked and I was not in on the 28th of June at 12.50pm when it come so I booked a day that I was going to be in and it didn't come on Wednesday the 5th of July and I have not had it and my mail has been sent to the wrong place before because I have seen my mail at a nother Address then my addres so I would like you to get the post man to go and find it the post man that does my area I live at flat 1 168 Rufford Road Southport PR9 8HU

It occurred on: 2023-07-05

This meant that I am very upset because I stayed In most of the day and I didn't receive it so I would like you to sort it out for me thanks Daniel

To find were my important letter has gone because I need it because it was very important to me

Royal Mail Group 'First class' post

On Monday 15th August, I took a birthday card which included a glass Robin to my local post office in Box, Wiltshire to be weighed and sent, first class, to my best friend. I put sellotape on the corners and sender details on the back. I did everything right, yet, it's her birthday today, 25th August and the card still hasn't arrived!

I know things go missing but I am really disappointed that her card and glass Robin haven't arrived, it was not expensive, £10, but these birds mean a lot to me and her, it was in memory of her husband who died 3 years ago at 50 years old. It's not much to expect a birthday card from her best friend who lives over 80 miles away.

Desired outcome: I want the card to be found and delivered to her today but that ain't gonna happen. So, an explanation as to how this has happened, and an apology.

Royal Mail Group Missing birthday cards with money inside.

2 birthday cards with £50 note in each ... addressed correctly from Forres sorting office to Edinburgh.

White envelopes.

Letters were handed to the postman at the gate of Little Rhynagoup, Dallas, IV36 2RZ because of the petrol shortage. Posting would have beena 15 mile round trip.

Handed onto the postman delivering at the gate the 2nd october 1st Class stamp to arrive for the 6th october. Letters accepted by postman.

Nine days have passed but no show.

Both addresses were identical as the cards are for twins.

Letter ... Moonpig supplier. Standard size.

Standard thickness of envelope and contents for 1st class stamp (red)

Addressed to;

Edinburgh.
EH10 5HD

I hear what every one is saying about money through the post and the amount of PO theft ... but the PO is a life long institution and should be trusted. !

Saturday 9th approached the sorting office in Forres to gain some insight but they could offer no explanation other than the address was wrong or the letters didn't carry the correct stamp !

Royal Mail Group Birthday card with £100 in not delivered

Posted a birthday card to: Mr Jack Haritou, 7, Furnwood, Haxby, YO32 3YR at about 0900 hrs in the Prioity Post box outside the Post Office in Westgate GUISBOROUGH on the 15th of September 2021. £100 pounds in the form of new 20 pound notes enclosed. First class stamp used.
No sign of the card.

Royal Mail Group Forced open envelope delivered to my door put threw letterbox

Received an empty envelope. Forced open.
3 keychain knives missing. I've already bought some in the past delivery fine. Wanted to buy 3 more. The price I noticed is printed on envelope. This is the first time ever I've had my mail opened products taken from it and an empty envelope delivered
GBP £17.12 printed on the envelope
I paid more for shipping than the cost of the products
