The original parcel from Currys was lost between Sheffield and Rotherham, I got in touch with Currys and they sent a replacement out (QD483848393) and I was in both times it was attempted delivery. I would like to know what it is that Royal mail staff can not deliver to my address? I have no problems with other delivery companies or Royal mail postmen(women),
I hope you can solve this problem?
I have sent other emails about this enquiry but Royal mail doesn't like replying to it's customers.
