It's now the 7th Oct and still not delivered and unable to track it any further and not able to contact or speak to a person.
This is a very poor service for a company this size, not being able to get to a real person for help, as the bot thing doesn't understand what you are telling in in the way of words and number.
The parcel was 2 pairs of goalkeepers football gloves a glove bag and backpack.
Claimed loss: 160gbp and 4 weeks of football matches.
