On December 31st I went in to Round table ordered a personal Pizza at 6:04 pm my order was taken by Michael B. When I was ordering my Pizza I heard him say the order would Take 25 minutes so I said ok. Left and came back, when I came back he said that it would take another 25 minutes and I said you said it would be 25 minutes and he said no I said 1 hour and 15 minutes and I said no you said 25 minutes he gave me an attitude and said let me check and went to the back and asked them about my pizza. Im vert upset because it should not take 1 hour and 15 minutes for a personal pizza.

Tonight im at the round table in santa rosa across from codding town mall. I watched the employee take my order and then went and made a pizza without washing their hands or putting on gloves. While we are waiting for our food. Another employee put a dirty recipe on top of the pizza that costumer was going to dine in. No one is putting their hair back, or being friendly. And on top of that i got home and my pizza was raw on the bottom.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, sloppiness pizza parlor I've ever been to. Extremely slow & usually the wrong order. I've tried twice & both times bad results. wings and cinnamon twists
I ordered 24 wings, a personal pizza, and cinnamon twists. I was only provided 3 sauces for the wings and when I opened the cinnamon twists they were barely baked and there was barely any cinnamon and no icing. This is highly disappointing. I also called the location to attempt to resolve this but I couldnt get through. I called three times and all times it rang and rang. I have ordered from this location before they were good.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for Delievery and when I got my pizza it was cold and did not have cheese coving every piece some were covered in sauce. I was not able to enjoy it like I normally would like. Where do I start! The employees seem incompetent and so does management. We always have problems ordering over the phone at the restaurant and delivery is even worse. It's making it really hard to spend 80 dollars on two pizzas and wings with that kind of service. I really like round table pizza but when your pizza never comes after 2 1/2 hours and we receive no word on why then call and all they can say is we took all your information down wrong, it's really unacceptable.

I asked for delivery on my 109 dollar order and they told me that the delivery driver left early so they would have to have a door dash delivery driver bring it . I only had cash so they said if I couldn't charge it to my card they would cancel the order. I feel so disrespected That I had to go pick up my order myself.
