Hello,
I ordered via Doordash (1174) yesterday (12/04/2021) for two large charred lemon chicken pizza among other things but instead without my consent or alignment it was replaced by two pepperoni pizzas. I don't think it's appropriate that you decide on my behalf without any alignment. I would've ordered BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA as I prefer chicken .
I'm asking full refund for these two Pizzas.

I made an online order to the round table on telegraph in Oakland. The pizza dough is very uncooked and my special calzone was mushy inside. I don't know if this is because I was the last order that they put no effort into making
Me satisfied.I complained also, Ans because they were closing there was nothing they can do about it. This is such an inconvenience for me and my children.

I ordered and picked up 3 large pizzas from the Thornton, CA location last Sunday for a party in my house. The dough was chewy and the tops were burned.

Very poor customer service very poor delivery very poor services and very poor management accommodations. I Ordered my pizza at 12:24 noon time by then waited for an hour 124 no call no contact no communication nothing I called the store asked what's going on they said sorry we're just very busy he got held up I said OK give another 10 minutes nothing call store again said what is really taking so long they said over so we can give you about a 20 percent discount if you like he just got held up I said I guess it would've been nice if someone would've told me about this I could've picked it up myself then she said OK hung up still no pizza 1:54 PM about 30 minutes later I got a call from the front desk my pizzas here remind you I asked for plates napkins and cheese I did not receive anything and I received my pizza very cold I called the store talk to management he didn't offer me nothing but oh I can just give you the 20% off your next purchase do you think I'm gonna want to order pizza from there going to have a delivered I don't think so that is horrible I can't believe they didn't call me and communicate that with me and then he tells me oh we just have one driver they didn't tell you that no he did it and if she didn't I'm upset I'm furious I'm up I could've just ordered cold pizza myself and pick it up and got it delivered faster like I said horrible I am very very furious about this I'm eating cold food now but I choose not to because I'm gonna order something else that's actually hot what a waste of money waste of time and I'm irritated and hungry.

You sent me an advertisement for your new BBQ Beef and Bacon Pizza and for Your Pizza Panadas.
A Panada is a European Soup made from boiled stale bread (CHECK IT OUT!) with flavorings and maybe even some vegetables.
But your ad pictures an item than looks similar to a Meat Pie.
They are well known in Scotland, New Zealand and Australia.

My complaint is, the picture of your new menu item looks SO GOOOD, but I hesitate to try it because I called my nearby Round Table from which I obtained a list of the menu items ingredients. The ONLY similarity to PANADAS, as known in the rest of the world, is that yours are made from a dough turned into a bread-like crust, then fillings added.
I would try it, except you have isolated a lot of non-beef-eating customers (including ME!)
Making your PANADAS with pulled chicken, or barbequed chicken in addition to barbequed beef might make for a great menu item.
Until then, I'll stick with Domino's and Papa John's.

Upon placing my order, I was not informed by the cashier that heating up the pasta would take 20+ minutes and I did not ask for a receipt. I would not have ordered the food had I known it would take so long.

After 15 minutes I checked on the order, then asked for my money back after 20 minutes as I had to leave. The cashier was polite and apologized and referred me to her manager who needed to complete the reverse transaction.

The manager (male, Hispanic, 5'0") was rude and did not want to return the money, telling me I should go to McDonalds. I repeatedly asked for my money back at which point he started talking over me, refusing to listen and pointing to the time the food should be due on the cashier's receipt.

I asked for his name in both English and Spanish because I was not sure if he could understand me due to his very strong Hispanic accent and lack of command of English (both in which I am fluent) and he decided to return my money but refused to give his name. He asked why I wanted his name and I told him I was going to register a complaint. He then started to talk over me again, refusing to allow me to speak.

After eventually receiving the return receipt, I left. I did not raise my voice or treat anyone with disrespect at any point, and feel the manager's behavior was completely inappropriate. The poor cashier was standing there embarrassed. I shall now be writing about this in my blog, my social media accounts and on Yelp.

This entire incident could have been avoided if the cashier had informed me verbally how long the food would take as I would not have ordered it in the first place. I did not feel it necessary to obtain a paper receipt due to the amount of waste we that is produced with receipts. I am sure the entire incident was captured on camera. lease review this to ascertain the accuracy of my statements.

And yes, I have had MUCH better service in the couple of times in my life that I have visited McDonalds. I will go to ANY other pizza establishment rather than return to Round Table in the future.

This is our 6th straight horrible visit.
I've tried to stick with this restaurant. Its the only one near us. Please something has to be done. 1 extra large called in at 5:40 its 6:30. They never put it in the oven. 6 straight excuses. One pizza bought in February made all of us feel horrible the next day.

My mother went to this establishment with 2 of her friends and was treated with prejudice by the manager of this establishment. When asking for water, the woman blatantly and in a loud voice responded, "DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN WATER. LET HER GET HER OWN WATER." In front of her, her friends, her directs and other customers present. The professional response should have been to treat each customer with respect. How easy is it to be kinder and gentler.

They need to fire the employee/manager and they need to apologize to my mother. There is no room for this, specially when Asian Hate and crime against Asian is spiking, Round Table should set a standard and lead the fight against this injustice against our people - specifically against Asian, female elderlies.

I ordered a large pizza and 1 beer to enjoy while I was waiting for pizza, I was the only person in the round table on Woodside rd in refwood city, I asked if I could have the drink while I waited, the lady helping said yes, I then went to sit at a table where she had given me a number to put on table, after sitting I noticed the lady carrying on gossip chit chat with other employees, I glanced over asked for my drink please. She the with a snark response says yea hang on, then she proceeds to wipe down 3 tables where nobody hat sat before, I was very upset with out being rude I asked again, she then pours the beer and says come and get it all the way across the restaurant, I am a long time round table customer, and never have I been treated with such lack of concern of customers needs, deeply disappointed

I am at store 0246 and needed my WR code to earn the points for the purchase I just made. The manager said sorry he couldn't help as their system is under construction and I won't be able to earn these points for my purchase. I went to the round table on Daniels road in Manteca ca, I don't live in the area but was traveling in the area. I called the place back and was speaking to Damon the same one that placed the order he mentioned all he could do was re make the pizza, I'm a round table member so I asked could I be credited another pizza or points added to my account for a pizza being so terrible I never get this service from the one in Stockton on pacific avenue and this is the first time a round table pizza tasted like a frozen pizza .
