Round Table Pizza - service

I work at night and had planned on bringing pizza to work for a gathering. I made a online order around 7:45 pm Sunday August 25th and requested it to be ready for pick up around 9:15-9:30pm since i had to be at wprk by 10. Online it states the store closed at 10pm. I made my selection finished it and received a confirmation code. As i drove into the parking lot my phone rang it was 9:21pm not knowing the number i didnt answer as i was in a hurry. So as i walk to the door i noticed it was locked so as i was grabbing for my phone it rang again and it was round table calling to tell me they were closed at 9pm so my order was not done?why i wasnt notified 2hrs prior when i ordered is beyond me i could have made other plans. So inapp
ropriate and unprofessional especially when i have a condescending teenage girl speaking to me like i am an idiot ? Not a great way to start my day!
