We call in orders to the Merced, CA franchise often, but it has been very hard to understand the person or persons that now take our order. Today, we asked for the manager when we picked up our order and asked her who the person was that we had been speaking to and addressed our problems to her. She informed us that the call-in orders went to an office in India and the only way around that process was to ask for the store itself. We have never had a problem with this store... ever. They have always been courteous and efficient. To have this new level of interference is just uncalled for. We wish to file a formal complaint for three reasons. 1. You are hampering a very nice restaurant and our service. 2. It has been hard for us to get our order correct with this new call center. 3. You are stealing American jobs. We hope you can eliminate this unnecessary procedure soon and we can get back to a very good normal.
Desired outcome: Let the calls be handled by the stores themselves. At least in Merced, CA.
