Tuesday 12-19-23 0rder placed 5:01 pm online.
Order was to be ready by 5:35pm. Husband got there a few min early they said ready in 5 min. My husband went up to them 20 min later and no order. How was it ready in 5 min then lost order all together? He called at 6:10 to ask what it was I ordered, in the meantime, 8 other people showed up and we would behind them. Really? They had another complaint before my husband called me. We used to have problems like this, so we quit going and was going to other places like juliano's or little caesars, I thought hey it's been a while let's try it again no way. I had my grandson waiting to eat and it would have been ready after 7 or longer from 5:35...
Desired outcome: No point trying to get a pizza for the hassle because it wouldn't be ready. Not sure what you want to do about your own pizza chain, but your loosing people more and more.!
