I have had problems with the rewards app for over a year. I've brought it up to the people who manage the app, and for a while they would add the points when I emailed them about our purchase with pictures of the receipts. Now I still have been emailing receipts since January and none of my points are being added. The customer support number does not work either. Attached is a screen shot of what happens when trying to submit a receipt. I've been telling them about this for over a year.
Claimed loss: A few hundred loyalty points for receipts that have not been added to my account
