Back on the 24th of Sept I ordered 4 large pizzas from the Round Table Pizza in Rancho Cucamonga on Archibald Ave. After picking them up and bringing them home, one was the wrong one, nothing like what was ordered, and another one didn't have the second topping on it at all. I have written 5 complaints through the website, and no one ever has responded to those. I finally got fed up and wrote a bad review on Yelp, and from that someone did contact me saying they were sorry that happened, and they would contact the owner who would get in touch with me within 2 days or so. No one ever contacted me, so I replied to the person who emailed me, but have never heard back. I spent a lot of money on pizza that day, and it seems like no one cares about customer service or trying to make it right.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to contact me and at least offer some rebate on the wrong orders. It was a lot of money, and to have half of it be wrong, and no one to contact is unacceptable
