Round Table Pizza

So I had a 11th birthday party for my grandaughter and when I arrive on 05/20/23 @ appx 230 pm the party rm was filthy so I asked if they could clean it they said yes but never got to it so I started cleaning it not only was the party room filthy so was the whole restaurant. The cashier was very rude the whole time and shift manager. When I purchased cups to drink it was always I had to wait cause they were washing them she said they were sanitizing them but everytime they came out sopping wet. The whole 3 hours the gal waited on me her attitude was horrid she stood around when there was plenty of stuff to do.. the shift manger was also not friendly. I spent almost $400 & the service I received was worth $0 please contact me as I am reporting this store to health department and to upper management I would like to get refund on a portion.
