Store Manager Barry in North Lakeland, FL yelled at me, insulted me, scoffed at me, and continued his verbal tirade at me even after I asked him to stop. He was so angry I felt threatened. He was so rude I have been upset since it happened.

Ross Corporate doesn't answer their phone and they don't allow you to submit an email complaint.

Verbal abuse and hostility towards women is illegal. It's also immoral.

Women, don't go to Ross.

Desired outcome: Fire the manager
