Hi my name is Marta Marie Espinal and I am complaining about a incident that happened on July 31st, 2021 because my husband Kevin Miguel Adorno and I was shopping in the Ross dress for less at 3401 North Miami Ave, Miami Fl 33127 and what happened was that my husband fall on the floor on the second floor on the area of maternity clothes when I was showing him a outfit that I wanted because i'm pregnant and we both don't know what was on the floor that made him floor down and no one helped my husband get up of the floor just me and I reported the incident to a Ross worker and the Ross Worker went and called the manger on the shift and the Manger came to my husband and I to take my husband's information down on a paper and told us that she's going to do a report on what happened to him and coming back to us to get the report paper or report number and never came back to us with any report number or report paper and the manger send a Ross worker to tell my husband that we can leave and didn't give us anything.. And the problem is that my husband has a back surgery since 2016 and when he fall he hit his back very bad, hit his both hands, hurt his legs and I had to bring him to the hosptial because he was not felling well and what bothers me is that no one had the nerves to help me pick up my husband on the floor or give us any report number or report paper.. I swear to god that the lawyer will go to that store because this not going to stay like this because my husband got hurt and no one helped us.. Please help me with the report or anything.. Ross better start appreciating these customers like me that spend money there three times a week they better start appreciating who brings them the money and they better start getting these customers to quit lounging around on the furniture putting their dirty feet up on Ottomans and chairs acting like it’s a lounge somewhere when you ask him to move so that you can look at the furniture I’m always met with a racial negative comment a fight a harassment all I did was ask him to to to get up so I can look at the furniture and it turns very negative very quick and I don’t understand that why do you have security guards in the store and they can do nothing but shout at the top of their lungs welcome you have a problem they can’t help you geez what the hell is that about
