Roofers covered rotten wood, covered dryer vent, did pipes and valleys wrong, only put half of my ridge vents back on. Yes I have pictures of all of it. Failed inspection, no supervisors were watching the workers... (I was home to see) workers layed in my yard popping pimples on each others backs for 4 hours. Workers urinated on my walls. Work was supposed to start in august and it is still not done.

Fall of 2022 Mr. Roof replaced our roof. In our contract we had them state not to destroy new gutter protection. They did and came out to repair but made it worse.We had to Had to tear it all down. On 4/22/2022 winds of up to 45mph blew the roofing off the modular home we purchased less than one year ago. They refused to come and repair the damaged roof. This area is rated for 110mph. In order to get a building permit the company has to comply with the county guide lines. The fact that this roof has failed less than one year after delivery means the roof was not applied properly according to known winds.
