After the most recent hail storm in my area, needless to say several roofing companies were canvasing the neighborhood to offer their services. After interviewing 3 other roofing companies both locally and out of town, I selected Premiere. The sales manger Langdon Brown ( his last name might be incorrect) and his co-worker Ms. Regan were both polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained the damage, showed my pictures of the hail damaged areas, replacement material, length of work time weather permitting, and perhaps most important a breakdown of the cost. What I found most impressive was their customer service; punctual, not pushy, and not anxious to make a sale. Our business conversations were respectful and even humorous at times. The work team (roofers) were very diligent workers. They cleaned up after the roof completion, which was very important to me. At the present time I am thoroughly pleased with hiring your company to replace my house's roof! I have attached a picture of the roof at completion.
