UsLa Home Remodeling review: Rat proofing my roof

I hired UsLa Home Remodeling company to insulate and rat proof my attic both inside and out. I paid $8,000 for the service which came with a 6 month guarantee. The work was completed in May and came with a 6 month guarantee. I began notifying the company in June that we were unable to sleep because we could hear the rats running around in the attic. I text my project manager several times with no response and then finally emailed the company on July 11th. They sent the contacted company back out who said he could visibly see signs of rat activity and the deceased bodies of the rats we trapped but wasn’t sure how they were getting. He stated he would contact UsLa and get back to me. We have never heard from anyone since. We emailed the company again on 8/14 but have not heard anything from the company. Everyday the rats are up there they are destroying the new insulation we had installed. After paying the amount of money we did we expect better service and for the situation to be resolved either by correcting the problem or refunding the portion of the payment they charged to rat proof the attic as they failed miserably
