October 14, 2024 Ziko Roofing and Paving employee, family member, Ricky Ziko, came to our home to work on a job. He was rude, and scared our young daughter. Instead of using the bathroom, he peed outside in our backyard. We had asked them to pave our driveway, but we will not use them because of this unprofessional behavior, and trauma to our young daughter.

International Super Roof, Ltd - Roof warranty not valid - unable to locate or contact
Roof has 50 year warranty when installed April 28, 1994. There are several leaks. I am unable to locate anybody to address this problem. All phones have been disconnected or changed Internet searches do not bring up anything but this website I am responding to right now. Do you know of a way to find a company that was so large, the paperwork shows branches in other countries, along with seven states here in the United States.

I started calling these people around 1 pm today to come fix my Roof. When they did it they removed all my Roof Vents and cut a channel on the Ridge, well what blew off was the Cap Shingles. I guess whatever damage that happens due to the Storm coming in, they can pay to repair it. Suppose to have a Lifetime Warranty, so much for Lifetime when they don't respond.
