Roofing Contractor review: I want it known that he is a crooked contractor so other people don't use his services.

I paid RW Gavin Contracting III $9,700 for a new roof in August 2021. Within 6 months the roof started to leaf. I contacted the owner who proceeded to hell and curse at me on the phone. He told me that he didn't care and just sue him. I then hung up the phone on him. He had one of his employees call me to apologize. He agreed to take a look at the roof. He assessed the situation and agreed to fix it by summer's end. That was in May and now it's October and I haven't heard from him since. I paid another contractor $1,500 to fix the problem.
