What happened

I Hired Quality Movement Roofing LLC..9/20/22..all down Hill since then -Asheley Peden --Owner & Partner Saquawnn McCoy have tried to defraud me of Money since I hired them with Panic Decision *Insurance Company demanded a new Roof or they cancel my Home Owner Ins. So I grabbed nearest Roofer..see issue.Please Help! Quality is causing me Great Financial Fraud & much difficulty... I may have to get another Company to Fix Roof if it is not Right ..$$? Now I am Faced with an Attorney Fee of ? $10K or more. Lost HO Insurance ..had to pay 2 times what I was paying... Quality Took my Left over Supplies...over $500. Threw away Vinyl Siding to House they promised to put back on --have Pic of Vinyl in Trash Bin. ($1,000.)*Claimed Wood was rotten--so they could replace & charge more Money-No proof did they Provide*Financial Loss and the Stress on my Health is not Good.. (BP is Sky high & so is my Daughter who has Heart Issues) Sent this Letter to a Legal Match Service --No answers. (Hard to do Business 2500 miles away) Complaint:: I purchased a Home in Sharon Pa 16146..My Insurance Company demanded a new Roof & Cancelled me & gave me 45 days to replace Roof. *I did Panic & grabbed first Roofer. it was O.K. as they began Job. Promised a Roof in 2 days.*2 days into job -things changed...Crew Kept coming up with Problems.I started trying to read the Proposal again--realizing it did not make a lot of sense. *The Proposal was for $8,000. less materials-which I purchased. *I sent all Invoices to Quality to inform them of the Money invested to Home Depot. Quality Created a Misleading & Confusing Proposal. Taking advantage of My Panic & My Stress. *They also knew I was Elderly -things changed so quickly--I got lost. Also being remote from PA..I am in Ca-2500 miles away. *Then they started up-charges.. *Wood was Rotten..needed new Wood..at a stand Still. *More Money. *Always calling at 7 Am..not being a good Sleeper..my Brain is still asleep. They knew the time difference. *Quality-Ashley Peden Owner-promised Progress Pictures..I received none.*3rd day of Job..a Neighbor took Photos & sent to us.Neighbor said the Job did not look right. *I sent Photos to Ashley Peden & asked for Photos. To explain how the Roof was going.*She was so enraged..She went to the Neighbor's banging on Door demanding to know why she took Photos of her Crew..Ashley claimed She had invaded Crews Privacy. *She called my Daughter's Work. *Then Crazy Emails & erratic demanding Payment as soon as last Nail was driven. Even tho She did not accept Credit Cards.*Threatened to Rip Shingles off the Roof if I did not pay her in a few days.*A Threat of Legal Team if no instant pay received. *She would not offer any proof of the Roof being Fixed correctly. The Proposal did not have A Registration #-No start-stop date-No Complete description of work-No Clear stating of Monies--Total Price*down payment*Balance-etc. *Quality Roof Peden & Saquawnn McCoy--kept finding Problems & Up-Charging. Proposal did not have:: *No Notice of 3 day Right to Cancel*No Valid Change Order was received or Signed*Ashley Peden demanded 1/2 down which she stated was $3100. If Proposal was $8,000. & I purchased Materials-made sense. I believe She felt She wanted more Money & Suddenly found Rotten Wood-etc. & changing Price in her Head & Mind. *Ashley Peden & Saquawnn McCoy have Violated the PA Consumer Law of Fair Practice*Section 2205..All consumer Contracts shall be Written-Organized -end.
