Complete Quality Roofing LLC review: Building a deck three times and wood is split from workers, very unproffessional job.

I signed contract, Two weeks later Complete Quality Roofing came out to tear down my old deck and replace with new deck. They had to rebuild my deck three times and it's still not right.The first time they built steps straight down as they put runners on backwards. The next time was poor quality and stairs were still too steep for me or my dog to walk down. At this time they had been paid $4100.00 I still owed them $1000.00 and had to cancel check as the job was so [censored]ty. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved and then Mr Lee called me back and said What can we do to fix this. He sent a new crew and tore down the deck again for the third time and rebuild it. I thought they did a good job for what I could see as it was getting dark. The next morning as I was walking on my new deck, that I paid $5100.00, I started to see post split down the middle of the wood . Boards, posts, and railing All had wood split from the way they put nails in it, As I looked up I saw wires all in front of the garage door where they put the stairs this time instead of making two sets of stairs. I contacted Mr Lee and he said he will have someone there by the end of the week. This is the last I have heard from them even though I have called, text, emailed, and left voice messages. He will not respond. In the mean time he refused to respond, so bbb just put a bad review on their website for the next 36 months. They closed the case. In the mean time, I'm out $5200.00, I have wires hanging all in front of door, and am afraid as time goes I will have to pay some one else to do the job they were paid to do. You know Covid has taken a toll on everyone, I am a widow and a disabled veteran, and I really feel like I was swindled out of my money and taken advantage of. The sad part is I am not asking for a refund, I just want my deck fixed. I would tell everyone to stay away from this company, they are not legit, don't have professionals, they are learning from their mistakes, no real training. RUN RUN RUN as far away as you can from this company.
