Hello,

Upon googling your corporate office phone number, I called 281.367.3773 on Tuesday July 18th 2023, and left a message with the manager who answered the phone but I have not yet received a call back from corporate guest relations.

I moved to the area seven months ago and have dined at the Macaroni Grill in Corona on about five occasions. Each time, there is no one to greet customers or seat them, so I just go into the bar.

July 17th, I ordered the Mama Trio dish that includes: Parmesan Chicken, Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo. The first portion that I tasted was the Lasagna and I kept with eating it in its entirety. Then I cut into the chicken and took a bite to eat but it was full of gristle. I found the fettucini salty and undercooked. I asked the waiter to please send the dish back. The waiter came back indicating that the manager would discount the dish 50%. I articulated my being now a regular customer and that I wish this entree to be removed from my tab. I also had ordered a glass of wine and was planning to order a second glass. The server came back and said no, you must pay the tab. I further asked that I only be charged 1/3 for the entree since I ate only 1/3 of the dish. The server came back and said the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager. The server said the manager was busy. So I paid for the dish and wine and left.

Normally my tab at the Macaroni Grill will run about $50.00 - $60.00 as I order the salmon, shrimp and wine.

Additionally, Iv noticed people waiting to be seated but no staff helps the potential customers.. People have waited 20-30 minutes and then have left. The restaurant is often close to being empty even at rush time hours. The front door windows look as though they have not been wiped down or cleaned in months. I had to reach up high to open the door because I didn't want to touch it. Also the glasses are filmy and not clean. There has been lipstick on a glass that was served to me that was not my own.

The manager at this location is not doing their job. Management and servers don't care. I can hear the girls in the back socializing and customers are not their priority. Then when the servers are at the bar, they openly gossip about customers past and present for all to hear.

I have been trying to obtain a resolution since July. Marisol at the Corona California location would not come out to discuss and meet with me in the restaurant to discuss the matter. The Texas location tried to resolve the matter but Marisol, offered me a $30 gift card that is not acceptable. I paid for a meal that I did not consume.

Sincerely,

Desired outcome: I paid for a meal that I did not consume yet still was made to pay for, I request a $95 gift card to your restaurant. Marisol at the Corona Crossings Restaurant should be ashamed of herself!
