My phone started to show a symbol/icon that I could not find what it means for days. I finally called the regular Rogers number for help on Feb 15/26.
The first male person told me he was with Shaw (at a Rogers number?) only after asking me a series of verification questions (for asking a simple general question?). Then he said he was transferring back to Rogers.
The second female person said I called the wrong office as she was with "Canada West" only AGAIN after asking me a series of verification questions such as my full name, phone number, full address, date of birth (for asking a simple general question ?).
I asked her 3 TIMES "Canada West" means "west of Ontario ?" This woman seemed totally not knowing what or where Ontario is & she told me a number of major cities like Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, etc. & I said to her "are these not all west of Ontario ?" She kept saying "Canada West". I had to stop this silly debate & asked her just transfer me.
WHY THIS WOMAN PERSON NEEDED A WHOLE LIST OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO TELL ME SHE DOES "CANADA WEST" ONLY? WHY SHE DID NOT ASK JUST WHAT CITY OR PROVINCE I WAS CALLING FROM IN THE VERY BEGINING INSTEAD OF DEMANDING MUCH OF MY PERSONAL SENSITIVE INFORMATION REGARDLESS?
Then the same INTERROGATION STYLE PROCES HAPPENED AGAIN with this third male person I was transferred to. Same with the previous woman person, this male person ONLY TOLD ME HE DID NOT DO MOBILES but "internet" ONLY. ONCE AGAIN, WHY HE DID NOT ASK FIRST IF MY CALL WAS ABOUT MOBILE, TV OR INTERNET AND JUST WENT AHEAD WITH HIS INTERROGATION Q&A ? WHY WE HAVE TO BE GIVING OUT LOTS OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL/ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ASK EVEN ONLY GENERAL QUESTIONS AT ROGERS?
I was then transferred to a fourth male person who AGAIN STARTED & DEMADED ME TO PROVIDE ALL MY PERSONAL/ACCOUNT INFORMATION BEFORE HE WOULD ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTION-----EVEN AFTER I REPEATEDLY TRIED EXPLAINING TO HIM ALL I WANTED IS TO ASK SOME GENERAL QUESTIONS.
He kept demanding my personal/account information & I SAID TO THIS FOURTH PERSON I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED TO WITH ONE INTITAL SIMPLE CALL TO ROGERS " I AM FED UP WITH YOU! (WITH THESE CIA LIKE PEOPLE AS WELL AS ROGERS!)
I disconnected myself from this nightmare call to Rogers.
WHY THESE PEOPLE KEPT TRANSFERRING ME TO THE WRONG PEOPLE REPEATEDLY ?
WHY THEY EACH HAD TO DEMAND FULL PERSONAL/ACCOUNT INFORMATION BEFORE I COULD ASK EVEN A SIMPLE QUESTION ?
WHEN THEY TRANSFERRED MY CALL, COULD THEY NOT INDICATE THAT THIS SAME PERSON HAS BEEN FULLY INTERROGATED AND " CLEARED" INSTEAD OF ME BEING INTERROGATED MULTIPLE TIMES BY MULTIPLE STANGERS ?
ONE CALL, ONE VERIFICATION IS QUITE ENOUGH, ROGERS!
