Rite Aid review: won't fill my prescription

I have been filling the same prescription with this company for years. I get a certain brand due to the other brands do not agree with me and cause issues. I was told by the pharmacist that she was told they would not specially order my medication even though they have been for years and then told me my doctor had to put the brand name on the script which she was doing and now they are declining to order and fill. I was only given a partial amount of my prescription for december and told I need to look elsewhere and no one will fill it or order it because I am new. This is causing a great deal of stress and at a time that I just lost my father to covid. The pharmacist at the rite aid on high st in new philadelphia oh will confirm what I am saying. I feel bad that she is caught in the middle and she has tried to help from what she told me. I truly do not understand why I am being treated this way. I only have enough to get me by until the 20th of december when I am suppose to have enough until the 6th of jan. I really need help and quick!
