Rite Aid review: Pharmacy

This store treated me like a piece of garbage. I paid for my daughter's prescription 2 weeks ago, but they did not have all 5 vials of insulin, so they gave me 2 bottles and told me to come back to pick the rest up. I attempted to pick it up today, but the pharmacist tried to charge me my copay all over again, even though I had already paid it 2 weeks ago. She was rude, disrespectful, and did not listen to me at all. Then, she had the nerve to attempt to lecture me about being "respectful", when it was she who was not respectful. I have never been treated so insultingly in my life, and I am beyond furious. I paid for my daughter's insulin, yet the pharmacist, who of course refused to give me her name, refused to give me the rest of my daughter's prescription. Shame on her, and shame on rite aid for hiring a despicable excuse for a human being to interface with patients who need medicine in order to live. Diabetes is hard enough without being treated in the horrific way that I was treated today.
