Rite Aid review: Pharmacy refills

My prescriptions from my doctor are faxed to rite aid pharmacy every month. Every single month I have to call rite aid and tell them to fill my prescriptions or else they do not fill them. I have been on the same medications for years, and when I lived in a different area of town I used a closer pharmacy (not rite aid) and they always automatically filled my prescriptions! I don't understand what is wrong with this rite aid pharmacy that they cannot or will not just fill prescriptions when they are due to be refilled? This is a simple task, and with the technology available now and computers doing most of the work for you, it is quite annoying that I must call them every single month to tell them to fill the prescriptions my doctor faxes to them.
