Rite Aid review: Filling prescriptions and delivery

The pharmacy services are inconsistent and unreliable. Moved to Ocean NJ on 11/23/20 and had my prescriptions forwarded from Grove Pharmacy in Montclair. since then I've had repeated problems with: my medication not being available: not being ready on time, delivery not available, pharmacy does not answer phone. I am 86 and have respiratory and cardiac conditions.
If customers require meds to stay alive and out of the hospital, why does a pharmacy offer services that are inadequate and endanger the health of their customers.
I was just told that their home delivery was reduced to Tues and Thurs only!
That leaves me with three days without meds. And they are not answering the phone.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!
