I took a TV Iffalcon samrt tv 32inc from Flipkart on 1 January 2024, which arrived at my home on 6 January. It was to be installed on 7 January 2024, which became today 14 January 2024, installation has not been done yet. I purchased a 55" Took tv from Wal-Mart in Michigan City Indiana on10-16-22.
On 11-6-23 the tv had black screen and no sound. I had Xfinity check to see if it was my internet service. It was the tv. Its amazing that the tv goes out three weeks after warranty expired.
My husband is very ill and never leaves the house, so he's only got the tv to watch. It will take me 3 or 4 days to get a new tv hooked up which may not sound important to you but when you are not sure how many days you have left it is important.
I don't know how to attach my receipt but I can mail you a copy or attach it to an email.
Your product was very disappointing.
TCL TV What placement of the TCL TV antenna you put on the wall is the issue? TCL does not stand behind the product and doesn't care about the customers. 3 new antennas don't work on this TCL TV. This is with regards to my TCL new series TV purchased in Dec- 22 .Under 3 years warranty .
It is really very pain to inform you my TV display is not working and i have filed a compliant on customer care on 29th Sep. 23. After 3 days your representative have visited my home and said he will replace the parts .
Since last 20 days i have called almost 5 times to check the updates, but every time i was told that parts are still not approved .
I really fail to understand if company does not have spare parts why you are selling such products.
Iam really tired and disappointed by the service of your company and really worried will you help me to resolve my problem.

Within 1 year Warrenty all everything.
As of July 23, 2023 I have called TCL customer service to report that the tv is giving me double vision and turning on and off. Since then the tv now doesn’t turn on at all. I have been on the phone with customer service doing all the trouble support and nothing is working. I have even sent video clips as they asked on me. But still no resolution in fixing the tv. I have asked for either a box with return paid postage or for technical to come out and fix the tv. Again that’s hasn’t happened. After speak with Jeff a supervisor he state that the turn around time is 7 to 10 business days. Before a technical came out. The way I am going I will be out of a tv for 3 weeks. That is unacceptable.

I ordered a TCL C6 TV in 11.11 Sale on November 11th, 2018. Order no. [protected]. I'm yet to receive my package, I complaint to daraz numerous times (complain ID [protected]) and I have received no assistance in this regard. Daraz says that my package was shipped to TCS on 14th November but TCS says that they have received no package from daraz. I have already paid for the package and i'm unable to understand what is causing the delay. To this day i'm waiting for any useful response. Kindly investigate and solve my problem at the earliest.
tcl 40 inch tv
Dear Sir or Madam,
On Feb. 26th of 2017, I purchased a 40 Inch TCL TV from Costco in Manassas Virginia. A couple days ago I noticed several lines which run horizontally and vertically on the screen in addition to a 3"x3" black box spot on the top of the screen. I then contacted Costco's technical department and they put me in contact with the manufacturer of TLC TV. The representatives of the TV manufacturer asked me to send some pictures of the TV which I did . Upon several attempts to follow up, I finally received an Email from them blaming the problem on dropping the TV! I mentioned to them that the TV has never been moved, pushed, dropped or hit and they insisted that I should go back to Costco. Earlier today, I visited Costco branch in Manassas and after a long argument with the Return desk ladies, I finally demanded to talk to the Manager. after I explained what I have been going through until now, Mr. Tom the General Manager reluctantly asked to see the pictures and refused to see the TV itself. I mentioned that I had the TV in my car and I wanted them to see that there are no evidence of any kind of impact on the TV and that it looked as new as the first day I purchased it. The Manager suggested that I should wait until Wednesday so he could talk to the technical department so he can get back with me with his answer. My complaint is this : I am a longtime devoted customer of Costco who appreciates the professional attitude of its management and buy from Costco with confident weather it has been, furniture, bedding, electronics etc.. . Costco offers 90 days rerun policy and this TV has been in our showroom only for 120 days. I am interested in having it repaired or replaced with the same TV which provides uninterrupted clean views for our clients to enjoy. It is unfair to keep the devoted client hanging in the air not knowing were to take the TV for repairs. My hope is that your company's representatives would make a just decision to keep a customer happy by taking care of this issue as soon as it is possible.
