On 2/7/25 I purchased my 3rd Roku TCL TV (2 previous 55"). I have had nothing but positive experiences until last year's 55" Luckily, my extended warranty kicked in and it was quickly replaced. Unfortunately, not the same with this recent 43" The screen intermittently had a shade of red covering my screen and wouldn't go off until I unplugged it and powered back on. The extended Asurion warranty wouldn't kick in for another 6 months, so I was forced to utilize the TCL Manufacturer's 1 year warranty. I spent the last three days struggling to get a representative on the phone only for them to run me through many tasks and resets with tons of procedural nonsense. The last two agents told me that I need to send them a video of the problem. However, I had to called them multiple times to ask for an email contact to send it. As of right now, I'm still waiting on them and dealing with constantly unplugging my tv. Like many of you, I wish I read this research board before this purchase. I too, will NEVER buy another TCL product.

Claimed loss: $206.25

Desired outcome: I would like an immediate refund or credit to Walmart, Costco, Amazon, or my credit card so I can purchase a replacement TV of a different brand.
