This is my second TCL 55 inch I have purchased the first one latest three years then the screen stopped working and no sound. this one I purchased 2022 and yesterday the screen went black and only has sound have tried everything the screen is gone. Will not be buying another TCL TV. TV's should not stop working so soon especially when it is not used often and no damage done to it.

Claimed loss: 498.00

Desired outcome: sadly, the TV is out of warranty know and have to purchase yet another TV. should not die in less than 5 years i have another small smart tv 24-inch vizo and have had that over 7 years no issue. paid $498 it for it in 2022
