I purchased a 55 Inch TCL Roku TV December 2021. I enjoyed it for about 3 1/2 years and it stopped working. I had sound, but no picture. I called TCL support and they had me do all the options to try to get a picture, but still no picture. I am a senior citizen and enjoy watching television, but this has been a great disappointment and a costly expense that affects my budget. I cannot afford to keep buying televisions every 3 years and now I am without my entertainment.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a monetary reimbursement or a voucher or another television for my entertainment.
