Dear Customer Support,

I purchased a TCL TV from Flipkart. Recently, I have been facing an issue where the TV automatically switches off while it is running. This problem occurs repeatedly and is affecting normal usage of the product.

I request you to register a complaint and arrange for a technician to inspect and repair the TV as soon as possible. The product is not functioning properly and requires immediate attention.

Please let me know the next steps and provide a service request number for reference.
