Repeated Repair Failures and Request for Device Replacement –

I am writing to express my frustration and anger regarding the ongoing issues with my LED and the poor service provided by your team.
Summary of the Issue:
My LED had a display delay issue, where the screen would appear 15 minutes after turning it on.
On November 24th, your technicians initially identified the problem as a motherboard issue and replaced it on November 25th, but the problem persisted.
I filed another complaint and submitted my device to your customer care center on December 2nd, 2025.
in Faisalabad office your representor and technicians said after two days that its mother board issue, (I told them my local technicians said its panel issue not mother board issue).
They rechecked and said after 2 day its really panel issue and sent to Lahore By mentioning (its Panels issue).
Helpline had nothing to explain about my LED status I call them many times, other hand Faisalabad office ignored my calls and WhatsApp mgs and call, they read my msg but did not replied.
After being sent to your Lahore office, I was informed 16 days later that "the motherboard issue was fixed," even though the actual problem was later diagnosed as a panel issue.
form 24 November 2025 to till now LED is my house at same condition as it was before
Current Situation and Complaints:
Incompetence: Your team has repeatedly "fixed" the motherboard issue, which was never the cause, while the actual panel problem is getting worse.
Financial and Physical Burden: I have had to bear transportation costs and the physical hassle of transporting a heavy device, and waste a lot of time, only to receive it back in the same faulted condition.
Unprofessional Behavior: The person at the customer care center is now ignoring my calls and not responding to my text messages.
TCL is a very good company, I am using many devices of TCL in my house and office, first time face this problem in device and I surprised and Shocked about your Complaint and repairing process,
All most all your representors are incompliant and unprofessional or they are not taking it serious. they are damaging the face of company and trust of customer.
My Request:
Since your technical team has failed to fix the device despite multiple attempts and part replacements, I no longer have any trust in the repair process. I request an immediate replacement of my device with a new one.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall behavior and lack of professionalism from the TCL teams in Faisalabad and Lahore. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue.

Recommendation: IN SHA ALLAH I NEVER BUY THE TCL PRODUCT DUE TO COMPALINE SYSTEM IS VERY DIRTY
