ReservationDesk.com review: Hotel booking through ReservationDesk.com (third-party booking site)

I booked a hotel through ReservationDesk.com, and my card was charged immediately in full. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that no payment had been received from ReservationDesk. This left me in an incredibly stressful and embarrassing situation where I had to either pay out of pocket again or be turned away. I paid ReservationDesk, yet they failed to pay the actual property — this is unacceptable.

I contacted their support team, only to be met with generic replies that my reservation was "non-refundable" and subject to a cancellation policy. This makes no sense, as I never canceled anything — the issue is that they never fulfilled their end of the booking by paying the hotel. They have yet to offer a refund or even take responsibility for their error. This feels like a scam.

ReservationDesk.com needs to refund my money immediately and ensure they don’t do this to anyone else. This entire ordeal has shaken my trust in third-party booking platforms.
