ReservationDesk.com review: Hotel reservations for Parkview Inn at Lancasster, PA ( 1 comment)

I orginaly booked 2 rooms for parkview inn at lancaster,pa itinerary# -r5475434462. For 9/26/25 to 9/28/25.. On sept. 24,2025 we had to cancel the rooms beause of illness.. We called 800-434-16759 cancel.. The person whom i spoke to was named joe(not sure if he gave me his proper name) he was very nasty and loud on the phone when i was asking him questions about payback.. I am 87 years old and the person was threating me to hang up if i asked more question and told me i will all the money..
This reservation desk should not be used.. For now on i will call the hotel them selves since i found their number.. Besides i realize third party reservation desk are theives and nasty when trying to cancel..
