I booked a room through reservation desk thinking it was the holiday inn sarnia-ontario-canada.
When arrived at the hotel I found out that the holiday inn could not see the booking under my name, immediately I rang reservation desk, they could see the booking but the holiday still could not, reservation desk could not solve the situation so I had to cancel the booking and re-book directly at the holiday inn front desk, over the phone I was told that they will refund the money. Its been over two weeks and i'm still waiting for the money to be refund
