We thought we were making reservations directly with the Historic Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas New Mexico and the agent for Reservation Desk did not tell us differently. We made a reservation for 2 nights with 2 queen beds in a pet friendly room. When we arrived at our hotel we were given a room with a single bed in a room that smelled of dog urine. My wife immediately began to have an allergic reaction. We went to the desk to point out the mistake and were told about Reservation Desk and there practice of misrepresenting hotels. There was no other available rooms so we contacted Reservation Desk to tell them about the mistake they had made. We were told we would be refunded our money by October 15, 2025. That date came and went and after many phone calls and waits for over an hour we got no where. Finally we have received a letter saying that we were not eligible for a refund. This company is beyond DISHONEST!
Recommendation: Avoid at all cost
