Non delivery of prepaid food order
I have booked online food on website of Travelkhana, whose order I'd is 2444192 dated 06.08.2023 for delivery of food in train no. 15655 in coach no. A1 at Katihar Junction and I also prepaid online payment.
Train reached at Katihar Junction and departed also,but food is not delivered. I also looked at platform, but no gains.
I calling on their customer support no. [protected], but it is switch off.
On website of Travelkhana, complaint is not being registered.
Desired outcome: Refund of my money and compensation for harrasment.
Worst service and support.
Guys, do not use travelkhana at all. 4–5 years back it was very good. I faced two issue in last 2 years. Once no one deliver food at all, even though I had all confomrations regarding orders. Customer care just didn’t took any action.
Day before yesterday, we faces same problem. They delivered only 30% of order and took full amount. When I raised complain they just created a ticket number, and no further action at all. I was travelling with my elderly parents, they had to sleep without any dinner. I informed same to their customer care. They even don’t listen my words seriously. Worst customer support I ever faced. I called at least 8–10 times. Half of the times they informed they will check with restaurant and half of the time some security persons picked up call and told no representative available for complain support, asked me call latter. Here is the number I called, [protected]. If you don’t want to have such horrible experience when traveling, please do not use travelkhana.

Do not deal with TravelKhan, these people are real clowns! I'm shocked!
Ordered some food to be delivered to my train and these guys completely messed everything up!
I was waiting my food but there was no sign of it. I contacted these scammers and asked where my order was and they said that their delivery boy could not find my train! What? What kind of delivery service is that?
The guy who was supposed to deliver did not find my train and left! Terrible! Never again. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

They haven't wired money back
I and my friend booked the trip through the company www.travelkhana.com. WE paid for the trip with the card and waited for the booking number. We waited a month, but the company didn’t provide any details. Three days before the trip they suddenly cancelled the trip and they promised money, but nothing was wired to our account. Be careful with them.
