Rent-A-Center review: customer service

To whom it may concern, I am a current paying customer of your establishment in the city of Escondido California, and I am appalled to call myself such. This location provides the worst customer service. There are certain individuals who I personally would call rude and inefficient, not only is the customer service horrible the payment plan is as equally as inefficient. In a previous occasion I was given a receipt of another customer and I felt like it was brushed off as nothing when I asked about it. Making me feel uncertain of my payments were being processed correctly. Now that I am close to paying off the early purchase option price which is only $247.68; for a one day late pay I am being threatened with repossession. I have never experienced this in all the years that I've been a loyal customer. I am not say that all your establishments are as equally as repulsive as this one it's only this specific location. I have been a customer at rent-a-center since 2000. This is the first and only place I've gone to purchase my furniture. I have always been satisfied with the services provided, until now.
