I gotta say, Vermont Woods Studios is a pretty sweet place to shop for furniture. I was a little worried about the delivery taking forever, but it actually came pretty quick. And the shippers were super cool, they were really careful with all my stuff and made sure everything was in tip-top shape when it arrived.

But let me tell you, the furniture itself is the real star of the show. It's all so beautiful and well-made, I can't stop staring at it. And to top it off, three of the items were damaged when they finally arrived. When I called VWS to complain, they suggested sending out a furniture medic to fix it up. Like, seriously? I just spent all my savings on this new furniture, and now I'm supposed to settle for refurbished stuff? When I told them that wasn't acceptable, they said it would take another "12-14" weeks to get new furniture. And let me tell you, trying to get tracking info and figure out when things were shipped was a real pain. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company. There are better options out there.

After two days of thinking it over, I decided to buy the chairs from Vermont Wood Studios. Within three weeks, the chairs arrived, delivered promptly and efficiently on a Saturday afternoon, just five minutes into the three-hour window offered by the shipping company.

We are so happy with our purchase! The chairs are incredibly comfortable, and we find ourselves spending more time at the table during meals. Our experience with VWS was top-notch, and we are grateful for the quality of the chairs and the service we received.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect bed for months now, and I just couldn't seem to find what I was looking for at the big furniture stores. That's when I stumbled upon vermontwoodstudios.com while browsing the internet one day, and I was immediately drawn to their website.

After months of contemplating, I finally decided to make the trip up to their showroom to get some advice on a bed and see what it would cost. Let me tell you, it was worth the drive! The backdrop of the showroom was absolutely spectacular, and the people there were so kind and interesting to talk to.

I knew exactly what I was looking for, and the staff guided me through the process and even gave me some recommendations. After careful consideration, I finally made my choice.

Now, I have to admit, the waiting period was a bit longer than I anticipated - two months to be exact. But let me tell you, when I finally received my Modern American Platform bed, I was blown away. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and I could tell that good things really do take time.

I strongly recommend that people invest a little extra money in something good. These pieces of furniture are investments that will last a lifetime, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Vermont Woods Studios.

I recently bought a set of bedroom furniture from Vermont Woods Studios, which was manufactured by Copeland. I was happy to find out that I qualified for free white glove shipping due to the total purchase amount.

The crafting and shipping process took around 3 months, which I thought was a reasonable time frame. However, when the order arrived, I encountered numerous problems. The mirror had broken glass, and the headboard and footboard of the bed were cracked. Additionally, some of the joining dowels in the bed were too long, which made it impossible to assemble. To make matters worse, several incorrect hardware and parts were included for the bed.

I had to make three separate requests to Copeland to ship me the correct hardware for the bed, and each time I had to wait for a week. Finally, Copeland made a new headboard and footboard, which was covered under their lifetime warranty. However, even after two months since the first delivery, I am still waiting for all the correct pieces for the bed. I have no idea when, or if, I will ever receive the mirror.

Copeland's literature talks about providing "the experience" that luxury furniture buyers want. However, I can confidently say that I did not get that experience. The whole process has been frustrating and disappointing.

Me and my wife decided we needed a new bed, something bigger than our old queen bed. We wanted a king size bed that would match our over 40-year-old Danish Falster teak bedroom furniture. We searched around and found Vermont Woods Studios, they had a great selection of Copeland Furniture which we already knew was good quality. We decided on the Astrid King platform bed in natural cherry, it looked like it would be a great complement to our older Danish teak furniture.

We were a bit worried about ordering online, but Vermont Woods seemed reasonably priced and they included shipping and white glove delivery and setup. We were expecting it to take a while to arrive, maybe 2-3 months, but we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived in just 6 weeks. Vermont Woods kept us informed throughout the process and the shipment was totally stress-free. The delivery and setup were equally easy.

The bed looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with it. Sean was great to work with and we highly recommend Vermont Woods. We plan on moving this bed to our second home outside of Louisville KY in the fall when our modern house there is done with remodeling. We will definitely call Vermont Woods first the next time we decide to buy a Copeland piece.

I gotta say, I had a pretty mixed experience with Vermont Woods Studios. On the one hand, I was stoked to finally have a big enough place to host dinner parties again. But on the other hand, my husband and I were pretty disappointed with the quality of the table we ordered from them.

Now, don't get me wrong, we knew we were gonna be shelling out some serious cash for a solid wood table. And at just over $4000, it wasn't exactly cheap. But we figured it would be worth it to have a piece of furniture that would last us for years to come.

Unfortunately, when the table arrived, we were pretty underwhelmed. Don't get me wrong, it looks great from the top. But if you look underneath, you can see some unfinished wood, some rough steel supports, and some L bolts that were poorly placed. We even had to drill some new holes to get the legs to fit properly.

When we reached out to customer service, they weren't exactly helpful. They tried to tell us that the poorly placed L bolts were actually part of the design. Um, excuse me? I don't think so.

All that being said, the table is made of a really nice piece of wood. And it's the perfect size for our apartment. So it's not all bad. But for over $4000, we were definitely expecting better workmanship.

I will say, though, that Vermont Woods Studios does have some beautiful pieces on their website. And compared to some other high-end furniture makers, their prices are pretty reasonable. So if you're in the market for some solid wood furniture, it might be worth checking them out. Just be prepared to do some quality control when your order arrives.

We are over the moon with our cherry bed from Vermont Woods Studio. The workmanship is top-notch and the wood is stunningly beautiful. We are already planning our next purchase from Vermont Woods Studio.

The quality of Vermont Woods Studio's products is far superior to anything you'll find in big-box stores or even high-end furniture retailers. We visited numerous furniture stores before settling on Vermont Woods Studio and were disappointed to find that everything was imported. The salespeople at these stores either couldn't or wouldn't tell us where the furniture came from or what kind of wood was used. On top of that, the furniture was poorly made and looked cheap.

The customer service we received from Vermont Woods Studio was exceptional. We placed our order for the bed in early November 2010 and immediately received confirmation. We were then notified that our bed was being constructed and given an estimated completion date. When the bed was finished, we received another email letting us know that it was ready and that we would be contacted by the delivery company. Finally, we were asked for feedback on the delivery and the product itself. It was so reassuring to know that our order was being taken care of every step of the way. And to top it off, the bed was delivered just six weeks after we placed our order.

We highly recommend buying American-made furniture from Vermont Woods Studio. It's important to support sustainable forestry practices and our own economy. We feel good knowing that we made a responsible choice by buying furniture made from wood that was harvested responsibly and locally. And let's not forget how gorgeous the bed is!

I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Vermont Woods Studios. I ordered one of their fancy Polywood couches, which was pretty pricey if you ask me, but it looked like it was worth the dough. But man, oh man, did things go wrong.

First off, the website said it would take 14-15 days to get to me, and I was supposed to get a tracking number when it shipped. But I didn't get that tracking number until I asked about it, and by then the couch was already in my city. It took until Monday for the shipping company to finally deliver it, which was 18 days after I ordered it. That's a long time to wait, especially when you're excited about a fancy new couch.

But the real kicker was when it finally arrived. We only got one set of cushions, not three, and we were missing two bolts. I mean, come on! After waiting so long, we couldn't even use the darn thing. I contacted customer service and they said it was a mistake, and that the cushions would be sent overnight. But three days later, still no cushions. I emailed the person I was talking to and got no response, so I had to do a live chat through the website. They said the cushions were sent two days after they promised they'd be overnighted, and that they wouldn't arrive for another four days. We finally got the bolts two days after we asked for them.

Look, I'm not saying everything was terrible. The couch frame itself is pretty nice and sturdy, and it wasn't too hard to put together once we had all the parts. And the one set of cushions we did get is super comfy. But the customer service was a real mixed bag. Sometimes they were great, sometimes they were terrible. I just expected more after spending so much money on something. Maybe it's just the Polywood stuff that's not taken seriously, or maybe the person I was dealing with was new. Who knows? All I know is that I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It was just too frustrating. It took 27 days to use a couch that should have taken 15.

EDIT: Okay, so after finally getting all the pieces and dealing with the customer service rep, I want to update my review. They still get the same number of stars, but I'll say that it's probably just the Polywood products that are frustrating, since they're just a dealer for them. But still, I expected more from this company. The problems lasted all the way until the last set of cushions were delivered, and we never even got a tracking number. The rep did try to contact me, but I was still trying to figure things out. So yeah, the customer service is good and bad, but hopefully it's just with Polywood products. The couch itself is pretty nice though.

I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with my experience at Vermont Woods Studios. It took a whopping 2 years to finally get my 5 piece bedroom set, and even then, the mirror frame was delivered all cracked up. And don't even get me started on the delivery people - they put the bed together all wrong and were just plain rude. My husband had to fix their mess, which was a real pain in the you-know-what.

To make matters worse, the new mirror arrived today after yet another shipping disaster. Broken tree limbs and all that jazz. And get this - the top piece of the new mirror isn't even attached! What a joke.

I will say that Kelly in customer service was pretty helpful and responsive, but all they could do was say sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it when you're shelling out big bucks for furniture. And let's talk about the quality of the wood and finishes - not great, folks. Not great at all.

All in all, I was super disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend Vermont Woods Studios to anyone. The price was way too high for the shoddy quality of the furniture. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
