Disappointing Experience with Vermont Woods Studios - Shoddy Quality and Shipping Disasters
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with my experience at Vermont Woods Studios. It took a whopping 2 years to finally get my 5 piece bedroom set, and even then, the mirror frame was delivered all cracked up. And don't even get me started on the delivery people - they put the bed together all wrong and were just plain rude. My husband had to fix their mess, which was a real pain in the you-know-what.
To make matters worse, the new mirror arrived today after yet another shipping disaster. Broken tree limbs and all that jazz. And get this - the top piece of the new mirror isn't even attached! What a joke.
I will say that Kelly in customer service was pretty helpful and responsive, but all they could do was say sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it when you're shelling out big bucks for furniture. And let's talk about the quality of the wood and finishes - not great, folks. Not great at all.
All in all, I was super disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend Vermont Woods Studios to anyone. The price was way too high for the shoddy quality of the furniture. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
