Rotmans Great chair!

Great chair! Service was awesome, communication from store was wonderful (deliver was gonna be delayed a few days cuz of ice storm). And delivery was flawless. Couldn't ask for more!

Rotmans furniture no let you give back furniture if it no comfy for you. All sales final. Other furniture stores give you 7 days to give back furniture but not Rotmans.

Rotmans I bought a loveseat from Rotmans and had it for 6 weeks

I bought a loveseat from Rotmans and had it for 6 weeks. The cushion is sinking way down and the other cushion is real high. They sent out a tech who said there is nothing wrong. I bought a warranty and they keep telling me there's nothing wrong with it. All you have to do is sit on it and you sink way down in the loveseat. I spoke with Rotmans again and told them that's not normal. I was told they are sending out a tech again to look at it. I bought a warranty that cost an extra hundred dollars and now I want to return it, but they said I can't. The women said she will call me back, but she never did. I give them an F for customer service. They must have a return policy. I'm not happy with the customer service. You never get an answer, all you do is get the runaround again and again and again.

Rotmans I bought some sofas from Rotmans and had to wait longer than expected for delivery

I bought some sofas from Rotmans and had to wait longer than expected for delivery. When I complained, they gave me a different set. But then, when I accidentally ripped one of the recliners, they told me my warranty was invalid because I didn't report it within five days. I never even received the warranty in the first place! I just wanted them to fix the issue, but now I can't even get my money back for the warranty. I won't be buying from Rotmans again.

Rotmans I bought a $3500 bedroom set from Rotmans over the phone

I bought a $3500 bedroom set from Rotmans over the phone. Supposed to have a warranty, but 10 months later, paint peeling on all items: mirror, long dresser, chest, headboard, footboard, nightstand, and bench. Covid made it hard to address, but now I'm told I didn't buy a warranty. I know I did! I always get a warranty for anything over $1000. Last time I bought a bedroom set from Rotmans, it cracked. I wouldn't have bought without a warranty. Bad luck for me, I didn't get a receipt in the mail like they said. I won't buy from Rotmans again, even though most of my stuff is from there. Lady on phone said I missed warranty by a month. It's a manufacturer defect, but no help. Won't say anything nice about this store again.

Rotmans I gotta say, Rotmans is a real bummer

I gotta say, Rotmans is a real bummer. I always bought my furniture from them, thinking they'd be quicker than those big chain stores. I ordered a bedroom set in March and it's now May 11th. I know COVID has messed things up, so I've been chill about it. But Rotmans has been texting me saying they'll give me a delivery date as soon as they open. Cool, right? But then last Friday, a week before they open, they text me saying my bedroom set is out of stock. What the heck? They didn't even offer me anything for the trouble, just a quick "sorry". They didn't even talk to me, just sent me an email refund. And it's been three days and I still don't have my money back. After all this, I'm not feeling too good about Rotmans. They had my money for months and didn't even have the bedroom set. And all I got was "sorry". So bummed out by how they handled this.

Rotmans I am so disappointed with the customer service I got from Rotmans

I am so disappointed with the customer service I got from Rotmans. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and spent a lot of money there, but this time was different. I had an issue with my sectional and the "manager" *** did nothing to help me. I had to call them over 10 times before anyone called me back, and when they did, they got my address wrong and sent someone to fix a broken sectional that wasn't even mine. When I finally got through to ***, she was short and unhelpful. I had ordered a left loveseat facing sectional, but it should have been right loveseat facing. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me, but she said no and told me to deal with it. She didn't ask how I was doing or what my concerns were, and she didn't offer any options. I was planning on buying the correct loveseat facing and keeping the one I have in a different room, but she didn't even suggest that. It's not about the money, it's about the terrible customer service. I will definitely be warning everyone I know about this experience.

Rotmans I gotta say, I'm not happy with Rotmans

I gotta say, I'm not happy with Rotmans. We bought a fancy sectional for 3 grand on Labor Day in 2019, but it's been nothing but trouble. Right from the start, we had problems. The headrest had to be replaced after just a few months. And there's this bar or piece of wood that's poking my husband's back in one of the sections. We've complained a bunch of times and had four visits from technicians, but they're all smaller than my husband and can't really feel it. They say they can a little, but he can't sit in that part of the couch anymore. We just want a fair deal because this is not okay. They've already fixed it twice, but it's still not right. I hope they can fix this problem.

Rotmans So like 3.5 years ago, I got me a leather couch and futon from Rotmans and also got me an extended warranty

So like 3.5 years ago, I got me a leather couch and futon from Rotmans and also got me an extended warranty. The futon broke and I sent it back, but now my couch has a rip and won't f. I contacted them and they told me they refunded my policy, but why would they do that when I still got a $2000 couch? The price bracket they put me in for the warranty is both, so I paid a lot more if they just said it was on the futon. I called them twice and ain't heard nothing back. I'm still in warranty technically, so why would I put an extended warranty on a $300 item and not my $2000 couch? I got all the receipts and emails/voicemails, but nothing makes sense.

Me and my hubby bought 2 couches & living room stuff from Rotmans & were sold a warranty program that the salesperson said covered any damages. But when we found damage on the couch, holes in 1 of the chair cushions, we called & when they sent someone out, they found other holes and damage to both couches. When he turned it over, he found a big hole in the back. He recorded the damage & then said someone would contact us. But no one ever did, so my hubby reached out and then the Customer service manager told him "oh this will not be covered because it's cumulative damage." Then they said oh no it won't be covered because "there was dog hair on the couch." What!? Then oh "no it's not covered because it must have been caused by your kids over time, and it needs to be reported right away." We reported the hole once found! She was literally coming up with any/every excuse she could think of to not honor the warranty. We've been lied to & deceived, sold a warranty that was a SCAM. What we were told at the time of purchase "if they did not have the parts or materials to fix the product we would get a voucher for the money spent 2replace the damaged furniture." When my husband spoke w/ the customer service manager she proceed to say "Well what would we do with this couch?" Then my husband said "are you seriously saying you take used damaged furniture and resell it on the floor?" The quality of the furniture is horrible. And the fact is Rotmans is selling a SCAM warranty, and poor quality furniture that They do not stand behind their & they will not stand by their warranty. Their "contract" is a pamphlet that on one one side says what they cover, and then on the back contradicts itself saying it does not cover the same things is said it did on the front. We want our couches replaced, like they said they would. Because it's sounding like they do not have the materials to fix it, and they do not want to have to stand by their warranty. BUYER BEWARE!
