I had applied for broadband connection of reliance and gave installtion charges by cheque (No-009625) of uti bank, but next day I had been informed that due to some technical problem they are not able to provide me this connection, they have no availability in my locality. I told the person to returned my cheque and documents back to me. But he didnt give it to me. And on 20/11/2006 cheque came in my account and bounce due to unsufficient fund, I was not aware that they will diposit this cheque. So this is very irresponsible behaviour from the company. The bank charged bouncing charges from my account and my account statement also got bad.
I am using Reliance GSM SMART sim for the last 4 to 5 years. But I am really fedup with the service of REliance. my sim no. [protected] 0 and my mobile number is [protected]. but for the last three days I am not getting signal. sometimes it comes and all of a sudden disappears.
Purchased no.[protected] 2 months back but from 1st day network problem is coming. Gave deactivation request on 25 june but instead of deactivation the executives are harrasing & making false execuses
As said by executive the no. Automatically deactivates if not used for 15 days but it doesnt got deactivated even after 30 days of non use
I have taken GPRS(Reliance) active on my cell 26/06/2010.i have Sony Ericsson C510 mobile .I want to access internet on my laptop by using mobile as modem.My cell no is [protected].
I called several times to customer care then they told me to access internet on your Laptop you need to send a sms ‘NetConnect’ to 55100.I have done the same but I got a sms that your handset does not support the settings you require.Pls contact to you customer care.
Then I logged complain for that and my complain no is [protected]. And the customer care executive told me that this problem is going to solve within 72 hours. I logged this complain on 27/06/2010.
Today is 7/07/2010 and my problem is not solved till now.
Pls do the needful so that I can access internet on my laptop by using my mobile as a modem

I have submitted all the required documents to your dealer at the time of purchasing the SIM ?& it was activated on 2nd day. After 10 days the mobile no. has been blocked/barred by Reilence without any pre-intimation. After that i have contacted to reliance customer care & i came to know that the SIM has been blocked as 2 documents were submitted on the same number.
Then I have personally submitted all the documents to the reliance care for starting the services. But still no action has been taken from your end. I am using the reliance since 3 years if you will continute such services then i can not stay more with reliance.
Please take the neccessary action against the said number at earliest. I want this number is must be started within 2 working days. Other I will disconnect all the number & go for another operator. Because I am facing lot of problem due such type of mistakes.

I had Reliance broadband Internet connection last 6 month. My user id is [protected]
1. Since 17/05/2010 my R broadband connection is not working, so I have made complaint at reliance customer care . I was told that somebody will call shortly and the resolve this issue within 24 hrs as per SLA. I told them about the urgency and requested to do it soon as I facing so many problems in my bussines.. next day he visited to my office and checked all connections and informed my staff that there is no connection issue at office all are ok here and problem from server side ( there end only), he is going check from office and resolved the issue. But that day issue was not solved.
Couple of days after I have checked with customer care with progress of my compliant. I was shocked to hear that my request has been closed as Technician told him that issue has been resolved ! When I confronted the customer support that this is a lie, they told that this is the status mentioned while closing the call. When I asked him, how should they closed this case without getting confirmation from client whether issue is resolved or not, he simply say we don’t know, we will updating the case status only.
customer care person asked me to he is going to raised new complaint with today’s date, when I asked him as my issue was not solved yet with previous compliant number, so open the previous complain and they have simply denied . They have provided me new complaint number (new no: [protected] )and I was told that they mentioned the case as high priority within one day they resolved the issue.
after thar i hv called so many times in customer care till 25th of may .finally my problem is resolved after 7 days .then i ask for the waiver because i am not used this connection in between 17th may to 25th may i hv complained again in customer care (no is [protected]).they answer me your issue is been resolved within 72 hours.today i called again at [protected] regarding my complaints they told me u r nor getting any waiver bcs your complained on 17th of may has resolved within 24 hours.this is really pathetic wat u all are doing with a customer i ask her i want to talk with a she told me the senior is not able to talk now, she give a number of my nodal officer nilam chatterjee at [protected] but she is not present this time and the person who recived the phone he told me i don/t know anything you talk to ms.payel at [protected] but from last 1 hour she is not recieving the phone.o you pls tell me wat i'll do .

Reliance is a very big fraud company. He is adding lots of hidden changes in postpaid connection mobile phone. I have purchased a STD Calling card for my Postpaid connection. There executives told me night calling with reliance to reliance is free on any reliance network. But now they are changing the charges Rs. 50p/min on night calling and saying reliance to gsm network you have to pay. They have not mentioned any condition on there website also. Please see the attachment. they are totally fraud. Even they can not provide any customer service. My recommendation is start surrender reliance phones. If you want to save money.

My reliance big tv smart card no: [protected]
I was cheated by the local reliance big tv dealer, he promised all the channels I was getting with my previous service provider and more for a price of rs. 150 / - per month.
After having got rid of my previous service provider, reliance big tv installed their service and later realised that not even 1/4 of the channels were provided and I was being asked to pay for the rest of the channels.
The dealers cell no and landline numbers are untraceable.
After having lodged two compalints with their sevice center no:[protected], on 4th of may no: [protected] I was promised a response in 48 hours, and nothing happened for 7 days.
I again lodged a compalint no: [protected] on 10th of may and was promised a response in 48 hours,
Today it is the 19th of may and reliance is still not responding and after calling today they are refusing to take a 3rd complaint and solve the issue.
Reliance refuses to take responsiblity of what os happening and i'm at a loss of money as well as harrassed.
I have total negative viewsabout their service and responses and discourage anyone for getting a reliance big tv connection.
Extremely irresponsible on their side.
1. I have been using Reliance Netconnect data card since Jun/Jul 2008. I am residing at Pathankot, Punjab and I had opted for Rs 700/- unlimited download plan since then and I have been paying the said amount including service taxes.
2. However, since last two three months my plan has been automatically changed without my consent to LAPTOP2MONBUNDLE plan and I have been billed for an amount of Rs 1526/- as per bill No [protected]. I was using the data card as per my earlier plan of Rs 700/- unlimited download as i was not aware of the change of plan.
3. Therefore you are requested to resolve the issue by readjusting the bill as per my previous plan as I never opted for the new plan nor was I consulted for the change of plan by any representative of reliance netconnect services.
4. Moreover, the system of credit limit in an unlimited download plan and its revision at your own end is not understood. Request respond at sm.[protected]@gmail.com
With heavy heart, we have to say that company personal apathetic attitude, manu of us are being compelled to move to other service providers. This is quit common in areas that there remains no net work signal since one month. If slight signational available, it is of no use, on dialling we have message of net work failure. I contact reliance customer care 10 to 12 times regarding cancellation of reliance caller tune. As per customer representative advice I have send sms "tring" to 51234 several times. But still date my caller tune not cancelled. I also noticed that customer care representatives are not able to give proper guidence to the customer. My request no [protected] dated 15th april regarding cancellation of caller tune is still pending.

I have made a lot of call on the customer (*333) . But person who received my call did not gave me satisfactory answers that when my STV of Rs. 249 will be activated. Last person told me that any action would be taken after Tuesday. " I was able to make a call to *333 by a another mobile because i was not able to call from my mobile at *333 (every time the number was busy as i was listening from my mobile). "get the latest scores, etc... Of ipl for free.. Call 56512 (Toll free) now.. ".. This was the message I received..
So reading that I made call.. When ever I made a call I heard a voice saying that
"thank you for subscribing the cricket alerts"..
I even didn't press any button neither I heard any announcement.. Directly thank you for subscription..
So.. Is it the way the reliance gsm company want to cheat their customers for their benefits.. I even said about it to customer care.. They said that they can't do anything.. I also told to register a complaint.. They said you have to bear the loss..
What's my mistake to bear the loss.. He has mentioned as toll free.. So only I made a call.. And without announcing anything how can they directly activate the offer for me..
I think not only me but many fools like me may have activated the offer and reliance gsm want to become the no1 company by doing such fraud things and cheating the customers..

My Mobile connection is disconnected without any prior notice. I started trying to contact the customer care from noon but could contact at night. The customer care executive told me that My connection was barred for not submitting proper documents. While my connection was activated after I submitted my CAF with photo and ID proof on the next day. Though I am an existing customer of Reliance and I have already a GSM connection and Internet datacard no [protected] and [protected] respectively. Even the verification was done. If any documentation was needed then why was not it informed on the time of verification by the respective department executive or why was not I contacted on my contact number before barring my services.
What is wrong with Reliance group, All are cheaters or fake ?? No network, No coverage are, No proper signal quality. I am really fed up with this problems. I am using Reliance GSM and from last 3-4 days, when i call to my friends, the call automatically disconnected after 2 mins and then after trying almost 10-15 time, the call is connected. My time is wasting in trying again and again, but the poor network fails me numbers of time. Rellay ### facility of this Reliance GSM and also my messages are still pending from 2-3. days. Very poor quality. They cheat with people.
This kind of company will cheat to innocent peoples with their false promises.. Very poor, really very very poor service.
