Red Roof Inn review: Refund for the night I was not there, left early

I have contacted the company 3 times already, no response:
"I stayed at the red roof east for the AKC Kalamazoo show, cheap but the residents there are up and out 24-7. The residents never clean up after their dogs and are a bunch of litter bugs. I left after 2 days stay and still have not received a refund. No clean towels daily, empty your own trash. They would set my car alarm off several times a night. Door had a crack 1/2 wide to the outside, and had to body slam the door while using the key card to get it open. Shower sprayed more on the ceiling than the shower head. Long black hair embedded in stained towel. First night I slept fully dressed in case of trouble (there was "problem" outside my room and the police were called that night) Good thing my Doberman is imposing while on walks. Short staffed. Day worker had her "dingo mix" pup in the back room, staff were allowed to bring their dogs to work.

I am very unhappy I have not received a refund for the day I did not stay. When will I get my refund!

I have always stayed at Red Roof in when I dog show. I recently became a member since we are traveling this year. The workers at the inn are understaffed and try to do their best, the daytime front desk clerk is doing laundry and checking people in, yes I understand. Where I work 2 of us and the owner are doing the work of the 3 staff members who left. Hard to do with low wages. It's a dirty job being cleaning, patrol officer, clerk, peacemaker, not a job for me. I would just like a refund for the day I was not there, nothing more, nothing less/
